General comments
Bij bekende Pseudomonas kolonisatie: antibiotica starten/aanpassen op geleide van recente kweekuitslagen en antibiogram (in overleg met de consulent infectieziekten).
Bij gentamicine toediening: uiterlijk binnen 3 dagen spiegels bepalen. Afnametijdstip: dalspiegel vlak voor de gift en topspiegel 0.5 uur na stop infuus. Afnametijdstip altijd noteren op aanvraagformulier!
N.B. Bij gestoorde nierfunctie of tijdens niervervangende therapie, laat een gentamicine top- en dalspiegel bepalen aansluitend op de 1ste gift.
