General comments
Geen bewezen effectieve therapie in afwezigheid van immuun herstel. Primare behandeling is herstel van immuniteit.
Bij ernstige klachten kan agressieve orale en iv ondersteunende therapie (rehydratie/electroliet suppletie) nodig zijn, in combinatie met anti-diarree middelen.
