pyrimethamine po loading dose 200mg, 50mg 1dd 6 weeks

clindamycine iv 600mg 4dd 6 weeks

+

folinezuur po 15mg 1dd 6 weeks
Remarks:

Bij gewicht > 60 kg pyrimethamine 1 dd 75 mg.

 

General comments

Monitoring aangewezen voor myelotoxiciteit (neutropenie bij pyrimethamine).

Na behandeling secundaire profylaxe (zie adviezen profylaxe voor de immuungecompromitteerde gastheer).
