General comments
Voriconazol: iv 6 mg/kg 2dd gedurende dag 1.
Amfotericine B (Fungizone®): volwassenen op de eerste dag aanvankelijk een testdosis van 1 mg in 20-30 min, en vervolgens de dosis langzaam wordt verhoogd ter preventie van ernstige infusiereacties.
Aspergillus sinusitis, cerebrale aspergillose, pulmonaal aspergilloom met bloeding: chirurgische resectie in combinatie met antifungale therapie.
Bij pulmonaal aspergilloom met bloeding arteriële embolisatie overwegen bij inoperabele patiënten.
