General comments
Primair (percutane) drainage.
Antibiotica aanpassen op geleide van kweken i.o.m. arts-microbioloog en/of arts-mibrobioloog. Cave amoebenabces lever (zie hoofdstuk: Tropische en Parasitaire infecties).
Metronidazol maximaal 6 weken, maar eerder stoppen bij klachten van perifere neuropathie.
