Grote kans op simultane gonokokkeninfectie: purulente afscheiding uit de penis, contact met patiënt met bewezen gonorroe
Bij mannen >35 jaar en verhoogd risico op een SOA (gornorroe); ook eenmalig ceftriaxon im 500 mg.
