Medication: flucloxacilline iv continuous per 24 hours |
Remarks:
Starten met flucloxacilline 2g oplaaddosis en 12g continue per 24 uur en hierna kan verlaagd worden naar 6g continue per 24 uur. Bij ernstige infectie/sepsis: - Naast flucloxacilline ook Vancomycine toevoegen gezien +/- 14% van de bloedkweken met aureus een MRSA betreft - Bij verdenking endocarditis acuta start met 12 gram flucloxacilline per 24 uur + vancomycine, tot kweek en gevoeligheid bekend is |
