Indicaties: Kunstklep - MIC penicilline kleiner dan 0.1 mg/l

	Medicatie: benzylpenicilline iv 2milj. IU 6dd 6 weken
	Medicatie: ceftriaxon iv 2000mg 1dd 6 weken	Opmerking: Bij niet IgE-gemedieerde penicillineallergie.
	Medicatie: vancomycine iv 1000mg 2dd 6 weken + gentamicine iv 3mg/kg 1dd 2 weken	Opmerking: Bij IgE-gemedieerde penicillineallergie. Let op: voorkeur voor penicilline desensibilisatie (op de IC) iom allergoloog en consulent infectieziekten.

	Medicatie: vancomycine iv 1000mg 2dd 6 weken + gentamicine iv 3mg/kg 1dd 6 weken	Opmerking: Bij penicillineallergie of penicilline hoog resistent (MIC penicilline groter dan 2.0 mg/l).
